It’s pretty simple; if you give us your personal information to use we will not give it to anyone else.
We won’t bug you; we just want to send you an email to let you know what’s happening. You may find something wonderful and fun going on!

Booking and Payment Policy:
- To confirm your event we must receive a deposit and a signed contract.
- All Events must be paid in full 1 week prior to the function.
- Any changes to the contract must be in writing. We are unable to take verbal changes over the phone.
- Final numbers must be given to us, one week in advance of the date of the event. Once given, these numbers can rise, but not be reduced.
- All food left after an event is kept by the catering company, because of the health and safety provisions of the health and safety act.
- Any disputes that may arise must be submitted to us, in writing within one week of your event.
- As a courtesy, some items may be left behind at your event, for you to use, after we have left. We ask that you return these to us, within 3 days of your event. If they are not returned, daily rental charges or replacement charges will be applicable. If you require us to pick these items up a pick up fee will be charged.
